Curriculum Maps (Cycle A / Cycle B)
Our aim at Chase Side is to provide a rich and varied curriculum based on our Core Drivers for the Curriculum of Well Being, Future and World.
- Well-being: For all children to value themselves.
- Future: For all children to develop the skills and habits of lifelong learners.
- World: For all children to embrace diversity express themselves clearly and have a positive impact on society.
We know that our children will enter a diverse and challenging world of work where they are going to need to demonstrate a unique set of life skills and be prepared for life long learning.
As some of our classes are now mixed age we are moving towards a two year cycle (Cycle A and Cycle B).
These curriculum maps outline the basic content and some of the key aspects of learning.
